Using controlling CMBS bonds and other distressed debt strategies, SomeraRoad capitalized on post-GFC distress to acquire properties with unique stories, in markets across the country, and across a variety of asset classes. With hands-on asset management and a locally-minded, owner-operator approach, SomeraRoad has successfully sourced, structured, and executed strategies across these investments.
