Aegis, a leading laboratory science company that specializes in healthcare and forensic testing, operates in the remaining 44% of the building. Since closing, our team at Core Construction Services has worked with JumpCrew to design and buildout a modern, state-of-the-art open planned office space that is excellently suited for their quickly growing operation. For Aegis, Core has added additional laboratory space that has been valuable in the company’s role as a leading COVID-19 testing agent in Tennessee.
