Prima is moving closer to its debut as the first ground-up tower within the Paseo South Gulch mixed-use district. Developed by New York and Nashville-based SomeraRoad, Prima is a 16-story mixed-use residential and office tower in the Nashville Gulch neighborhood. The project features a dynamic retail and restaurant experience on its ground floor. The tower is also centered between two adaptive-reuse projects, the Antiques and Voorhees buildings, featuring restaurant and retail which have also been revitalized by SomeraRoad. Prima is located at 620 8th Avenue South.
“The launch of Prima will be a monumental moment for the Paseo South Gulch, actualizing the first new development tower nestled between historic adaptive reuse projects Voorhees and Antiques. This next phase will bring a dynamic mix of people to the neighborhood, welcoming residents, office tenants, and world-class retailers into the heart of the Paseo South Gulch. As tenants move in and our interconnected walkways and paseos come to life, Paseo South Gulch will offer a distinct community-minded experience to the Nashville market. We’re excited to share this preview and look forward to bringing the completed project to fruition next year.”
Prima is the first of 4 planned towers at the Paseo South Gulch district and the second multi-tower project to start in the Gulch. The developer has also purchased multiple parcels across the street giving SomeraRoad the ability to enhance the Gulch experience with its world-class mega project. The project is reaching the final stages with plans to open early next year.
