New York-based private equity real estate investment firm SomeraRoad has hired its new head of its recently launched, $600 million net-lease and income-producing investment vehicle, Commercial Observer has learned.
Brian Mansouri has joined the firm from AR Global Investments, where he previously worked as a senior vice president, overseeing the company’s multibillion-dollar, net-lease investment portfolios that were split between two publicly-traded, real estate investment trusts (REITs).
