SomeraRoad broke ground this week on its first tower named PRIMA, located within its mixed-use district Paseo South Gulch. SomeraRoad is a real estate investment and development firm based in New York and is now headquartered in Nashville. The development is located at the intersection of 8th Avenue South & Fogg Street.

Prima will offer a mix of multifamily residences, Class A office space, as well as retail. Once the Tower is complete it will complement and connect with the recently completed adaptive reuse of the Antiques Mall and Vorhees Buildings. It will also be joined by future towers within the Paseo South Gulch District, with a second tower expected to begin by early 2023.

Paseo, a name which speaks to the district’s interconnected walkways and terraces, emphasizes bringing people together with outdoor programming, exceptionally crafted residential, retailers, restaurants, and companies. Paseo South Gulch will provide a new destination within in the urban core of Nashville. SomeraRoad also announced tenants within the preserved buildings which include Maiz DLV, Two Hands, and GoodVets, with more exciting announcements to come.
