Previously, Alex spent time at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an auditor for clients within the financial services industry.

Alicia is a Development Project Manager at SomeraRoad. She manages the design and construction processes for ground-up and adaptive reuse projects with a focus on the Nashville market. Alicia was previously an architect with Nashville-based design firm, Hastings Architecture, working on multi-family housing and commercial new construction projects in Nashville. Prior to joining Hastings, she was with About the Work, a boutique owner’s representative/project management firm in New York City. In this role, she managed capital projects for non-profits, cultural institutions, and charter schools. Prior to her time in the project management space, Alicia worked at several design firms in New York City, specializing in hospitality, multi-family, retail, and adaptive reuse projects.
Alicia is a licensed architect in Georgia and received a Master of Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master of Urban Design from the University of Miami, and a Bachelor of Urban & Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia. She currently resides in Nashville.

Allison Dickson is the Development Accountant at SomeraRoad. She works alongside the construction and development teams and is responsible for reconciling job cost budgets, reviewing construction pay applications, and preparing loan draw documents.
Prior to joining SomeraRoad, Allison’s introduction into the commercial construction industry began in Los Angeles. First, she ran the accounting and operations for a general contractor that built and renovated restaurant and retail chains. Later, she transitioned over to a development company that specialized in creative opportunity-zone investments as a Senior Staff Accountant, integrating the accounting process with the hotel and multi-family projects. Upon arriving in Nashville, Allison returned to the GC side as a Project Accountant with Yates Construction’s downtown dual-brand hotel project.
Allison attended The Ohio State University, studying Economics with a minor in City & Regional Planning. She lives in Nashville, TN with her husband.

Amit is a Director of Capital Markets at SomeraRoad, leading the firm’s capital markets activities and distressed debt investments. Amit oversees the debt capitalization of each transaction and structures platform-level financing strategies across the firm. Prior to joining SomeraRoad, Amit worked at Bayview Asset Management where he oversaw capital markets activity for the Commercial Real Estate Mortgage Originations group, including pricing, structuring, and securitizing new origination CMBS loans. Previously, Amit spent three years as Head Trader and Co-Head of Capital Markets at MC-Five Mile, a specialty-finance CMBS Lender. Amit spent the first ten years of his career at Morgan Stanley, where he held a variety of roles focused on commercial real estate debt strategies.

Andrew is a Partner at SomeraRoad, overseeing all aspects of the firm’s ground-up development platform with a current pipeline of multifamily projects, in excess of $1.5 billion in total cost. Andrew has over 15 years of experience in development. Prior to joining SomeraRoad, Andrew served as Vice President of Development for Mill Creek Residential Trust, where he led the development of 1,400+ residential units exceeding $600 million of development value. Andrew previously helped build RXR Realty's development platform, overseeing the construction of 1,400+ residential units totaling more than $700 million of value during his tenure. He also worked at Toll Brothers, Inc. and Ashley Development earlier in his career.

Andrew is a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions, Development, and Asset Management at SomeraRoad. He currently oversees a wide range of ground-up development and value-add projects in Nashville, Louisville, the Washington DC-metro area, St. Louis, and other markets around the country. Previously, Andrew worked with Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group, a real estate capital advisory firm. There he was tasked with raising debt, equity, and opportunity zone capital on behalf of a diverse array of institutional clients.
Andrew began his career with Circle K Stores, the largest convenience store and gas station operator in the country, where he reported directly to the head of North American real estate. During his tenure with Circle K, Andrew worked closely on the $4.4 billion acquisition of CST Brands and led numerous ground-up development projects in Florida, Texas, and California.
Andrew received a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University. Born and raised in the Sunshine State, Andrew currently lives in Nashville, TN with his wife and daughter.

Brian is a Partner at SomeraRoad, overseeing all net-lease / income-producing investments and special situations across the platform. Brian has over 10 years of experience within the industrial net lease sector. Prior to SomeraRoad, he worked as a Senior Vice President for AR Global Investments. There he oversaw the company’s net-lease investment portfolios, which consisted of $7 billion in real estate assets across the United States and Europe, held within two, publicly traded REITs. Throughout his career at AR Global, Brian sourced and closed over $3.5 billion in total real estate transactions. He previously worked within GE Capital’s real estate asset management group.

Brock is a Vice President at SomeraRoad, focused on acquisitions and asset management, with a particular focus on large-scale, mixed-use redevelopment projects. Prior to SomeraRoad, Brock worked at Jamestown L.P. in New York, on the asset management team at Industry City, a dynamic $1.3 billion, 6-million SF adaptive reuse project located in South Brooklyn. His work at Industry City included capital markets initiatives, financial analysis, financial reporting, lease analysis, and capital budget review, among other tasks.
Before Jamestown, Brock served as an acquisition analyst at Maverick Real Estate Partners LLC. Maverick is a distressed debt private equity fund manager focused on acquiring non-performing commercial mortgages secured by real estate in the New York metropolitan area.
Brock received a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University where he also played on the varsity football team. Brock currently resides in Austin, TX.

Caroline Stephens is the Director of Communications at SomeraRoad, overseeing the firm’s internal and external communications strategy and media relations efforts.
Prior to SomeraRoad, she served as Director of Communications at Adventurous Journeys (AJ) Capital Partners, where she was responsible for the global communications strategy for AJ, Graduate Hotels and Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts. Caroline played an integral role in driving industry and consumer awareness around AJ, with a focus on key mixed-use real estate developments such as Wedgewood Houston in Nashville, Tenn., and Miami’s Little River neighborhood, as well as the acquisition and opening of two dozen Graduate Hotels properties internationally and the launch of the Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts brand. Before joining AJ, Caroline was an Account Director at New York-based public relations agency The Door where she worked on leading brands in the hospitality and real estate industries.

Chris has collaborated with artists from all over the world, curating art shows and installations that transformed Empire Stores into a marquis destination for the arts. Chris brings a wealth of experience working with established corporations and brands such as The New York Times, Netflix, HBO, The Brooklyn Museum, Soho House, and Time Out.

Chris is a Vice President of Development and Construction for SomeraRoad. Chris is responsible for managing the execution of the firm’s complex redevelopment and ground-up development projects. Chris also serves as the Business Manager for Core Construction Services, SomeraRoad’s dedicated construction management firm. Chris works with Core Construction to assure construction and investment objectives remain aligned throughout the project’s life cycle.
Chris previously served as a Director of Development Services for Millcraft Investments, a full-service real estate firm in Pittsburgh, PA. During his time with Millcraft, Chris worked on pre-development efforts for a 15-acre mixed-use riverfront development and served as the development and construction lead for a mixed-use, luxury residential project - both located within the Pittsburgh urban core. Earlier in his career, Chris spent over 10 years in the Washington DC-metro area building his development and construction career. He worked for seven years with Clark Construction, one of the nation's most experienced and respected general contractors, serving as Senior Preconstruction Manager. Chris began his career as a consulting structural engineer with a focus on new mixed-use developments and adaptative re-use projects.
Chris received a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University, and earned a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from Penn State University. Chris is also a licensed Professional Engineer. Chris lives in Pittsburgh with his wife and three kids.

Chris Valencia is an analyst at SomeraRoad focused on asset management. Prior to joining SomeraRoad, Chris was a Commercial Asset Consultant at Midland Loan Services, a PNC Bank Real Estate Company. At Midland, he managed a portfolio of defaulted commercial real estate loans as special servicer for CMBS investors. Chris navigated and resolved complex distressed assets through loan restructuring or dispositions, resulting in a high recovery rate for investors. Chris also has underwritten various property types to identify risks and enhance loan structure as recommended prior to loan securitization.

Prior to joining SomeraRoad, Conor was an Associate at Truist, both in Chicago and New York City, supporting the placement of over $2.5 billion of debt products. Conor began his career sourcing and placing permanent agency loans through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. He later transitioned to underwriting balance sheet debt products across a variety of asset classes and geographies, with a specific focus on construction lending.

Fergus Campbell is a Managing Partner of SomeraRoad, overseeing the firm’s day-to-day business undertakings. He joined the company in 2017 and was quickly able to leverage his capital markets expertise to creatively structure transactions that have helped propel SomeraRoad’s rapid expansion. Fergus works closely with financial partners to ensure each deal’s risk/return profile and business plan are aligned, and he is instrumental in charting the firm’s investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining SomeraRoad, Fergus worked at NorthStar Asset Management Group, Inc., a predecessor to Colony NorthStar, Inc., where he focused on large portfolio acquisitions. During his time in the company’s New York, Luxembourg and London offices, he closed on over $5 billion of real estate.
Fergus attended the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He received his Bachelors of Arts in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College, where he also played lacrosse. Fergus lives in Manhattan with his wife Mia and their young family.

Grant is a Vice President of Development at SomeraRoad. He oversees ground-up development, value-add, and master planning projects across the Kansas City market. Previously, Grant was a Vice President of Development for NorthPoint Development directing industrial market strategy, acquisitions, and entitlements for the South Central Region of the U.S., in addition to supporting capital raising and leasing efforts for 13.2M planned square feet of projects totaling nearly $1.26B of development value. Prior to NorthPoint, Grant worked at Core Spaces, managing the ground-up construction and entitlements for student housing projects. He is a licensed architect who began his career working on a variety of mixed-use, neighborhood scale design efforts for firms in Oklahoma City, Seattle, and Chicago.
Grant holds a Master’s in Real Estate from DePaul University in Chicago, a Master of Urban Design from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oklahoma. He lives in Kansas City with his wife, daughter, and son.

Ian Ross founded SomeraRoad in 2016, bringing a fresh, entrepreneurial approach to opportunistic real estate in growing secondary cities across the country. Ian has also augmented SomeraRoad’s core value-add business, building new verticals in industrial net-lease, distressed debt, and opportunity zone investing, in addition to creating a robust ground-up development practice. Today, SomeraRoad is arguably the fastest growing commercial real estate investment and development company in the USA.
Prior to forming SomeraRoad, Ian was a Managing Director at Triangle Capital Group, where he oversaw the acquisition of real estate, non-performing loans, and securitized debt products. Ian previously worked as an investment banker at Jefferies & Company and on the CMBS desk at Morgan Stanley.
Ian received an MBA from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and graduated with honors from Emory University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
In 2009, Ian founded The Asperger’s Awareness Council, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that strives to improve the world’s understanding of high-functioning forms of Autism. He previously served on Manhattan’s Community Board Five. Joe is Director of Asset Management for SomeraRoad, overseeing the firm’s portfolio of stabilized and net-leased commercial real estate assets across the country. Joe also assists on construction projects with heavy capital improvement and creative rehabilitation. Joe joined SomeraRoad at inception in 2016. He previously served as Director of Finance for The Shooshan Company, a privately-owned investment and development firm in the Washington DC-metro area. There he managed all financial aspects of development projects, including the acquisition, entitlement, and financing of mixed-use, office and residential ground-up development. Previously, Joe worked with DC-based developer Douglas Development Corp.

John Bergantino is Vice President of Development, participating in a wide range of SomeraRoad’s development projects. John brings a wealth of development, underwriting, financing and construction experience to SomeraRoad. Prior to joining the team, John was a Senior Associate at Innovo Property Group, where he was an integral member of the firm’s investments team, executing on 12 investments across several million square feet and totaling over $3 billion in capitalization across a variety of asset classes. He was involved in the significant growth of the firm throughout his tenure, expanding their portfolio of assets and hiring, training, and managing a large team. Notable investments included the ground up development of several of the United States’ first and largest multi-story logistics properties. Prior to joining Innovo, he was an associate at Wharton Equity Partners, where he underwrote acquisitions with a focus on industrial, multifamily, and self-storage investments. John began his career as an analyst at Starwood Property Trust, where he contributed to their investments, loan workouts asset and portfolio management teams.

At Sovereign, he led the acquisition and asset management of a $6 billion Tenant-In-Common portfolio with 150+ properties nationwide.

Kimberly is an Administrative Assistant at SomeraRoad.
Prior to joining SomeraRoad, Kim worked as an Administrative Assistant at The Doe Fund, a non-profit organization that provides support for homeless and formerly incarcerated men as they rebuild their lives. Kim initially joined their Brooklyn team before she was promoted to their Manhattan headquarters. In her role at The Doe Fund, she assisted the daily operations, coordinated routes, and managed all aspects of invoicing and billing. Additionally, Kimberly provided direct support to the organization’s leadership, including calendar management, scheduling internal and external conference calls, luncheons, and office events.

Minnie Bellomo serves as General Counsel of SomeraRoad, providing strategic oversight on all transactions and overseeing all legal matters of the firm.
Prior to joining SomeraRoad, Minnie was a partner at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where she represented clients in connection with the structuring and negotiation of various real estate transactions across all asset classes. While her practice was diverse, she has significant experience representing real estate developers in all phases of the development process, from assemblage and approvals to the implementation of complex debt, equity and ground lease financing to fund vertical construction.

Mark is a Senior Project Manager at SomeraRoad, overseeing design and construction activities in New York City and the Northeast region. He is responsible for guiding new development and renovation projects from conception to completion, with a particular focus in the luxury residential and boutique office spaces.
Prior to joining SomeraRoad, Mark was a Project Manager at Oliver’s Realty Group, a residential real estate developer in NYC. There he oversaw the development of Quay Tower, a 30-story 126-unit luxury condominium at Brooklyn Bridge Park; The Landing at Brooklyn Bridge Park, a 140-unit luxury apartment rental; and the gut renovation of four historic townhouses in the West Village. Prior to Oliver’s Realty Group, Mark worked at the NYC-based developer The Hudson Companies and consulted at Ernst & Young.

Mark is a Senior Project Manager at SomeraRoad. He is responsible for managing the execution of new ground-up and adaptive reuse projects. Mark works alongside the design and construction teams to ensure quality projects deliver on time and on budget.
Prior to joining SomeraRoad, Mark was a Project Manager for Southern Land Company, a full-service real estate development firm based in Nashville, TN. While there, he led the construction team in the execution of the Society at Laurens, a 148-unit, mid-rise, luxury multifamily development in historic Charleston, SC. His overall construction experience includes multifamily, office, adaptive-reuse, and healthcare facilities.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Auburn University as well as an MBA from Lipscomb University. Mark lives in Nashville with his wife and son.

Martin Stroble is Vice President and Head of Construction for SomeraRoad, helping oversee all aspects of SomeraRoad’s ground-up construction projects. He brings over 10 years of high-rise engineering and construction experience to SomeraRoad.
Prior to joining SomeraRoad, Martin was a Project Executive at Toll Brothers City Living. While there, he led diverse interdisciplinary teams in the design and execution of complex, urban high-rise residential/mixed-use buildings. His projects spanned various US markets and had cumulative construction costs exceeding $1B. Prior to joining Toll Brothers, Martin was a Professional Engineer and Project Manager for Severud Associates in New York City. While there, he oversaw a structural engineering team in the design and construction of concrete and steel frame high-rise projects.
Martin holds a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University and an MBA with concentration in Finance from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. Martin lives in Nashville with his wife and two sons.

Matthew is a Senior Analyst at SomeraRoad, focusing on acquisitions and asset management.
Previously, Matthew was an analyst at Rubenstein Partners in Philadelphia. While at Rubenstein, Matthew focused on managing over 3 million square feet of office properties throughout the Midwest. His responsibilities included underwriting, due diligence, and market research across both equity and debt platforms.
Matthew received a B.S.E. with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Matthew currently resides in New York City.

Micaela O’Connor joins SomeraRoad as an Associate, focusing on the underwriting, construction, and development of adaptive-reuse and ground-up construction projects.
Prior to joining SomeraRoad, Micaela worked as a Development Associate at Jamestown L.P. in Atlanta where she focused on mixed-use commercial projects across the country. These projects included Atlanta’s Ponce City Market, Raleigh Iron Works, Navy Yard Charleston, and the company’s Southeast ground-up multifamily platform. At Jamestown, she was responsible for project due diligence, underwriting, reporting, lease analysis, and capital markets initiatives.
Micaela began her career working as an Acquisitions Analyst in New York at Madison International Realty, a global real estate private equity firm that focuses on capital partner replacements, equity monetizations, and recapitalizations. During her time at Madison, she closed over $800 million of office, retail, and multifamily transactions across the Northeastern U.S.
Micaela received her B.A. in Urban Studies from Columbia University. Originally from San Francisco, Micaela has relocated to New York to be part of the SomeraRoad Team.

Nick is a Project Manager at SomeraRoad, with a primary focus on directing and overseeing large-scale, ground up projects from conception to completion. He works alongside the design and construction teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the overall vision of the project.
Prior to joining SomeraRoad, Nick worked as a Project Manager for Propst Development on the Broadwest project in Nashville, a $550 million mixed-use project totaling 1.2 million square feet. His work at Broadwest specifically included the management and execution of the 21-story, 510,000 square foot office tower and the 125,000 square foot retail and creative office building. While at Broadwest, he also worked closely with office tenants, designers, and contractors to complete multiple tenant improvement projects. Before making the switch to the development side, Nick spent the first seven years of his career working for general contractors in both Nashville and Atlanta on construction projects in multiple market sectors.
Nick received a B.S. in Construction Management from Western Kentucky University. Originally from Glasgow, KY, Nick currently lives in Nashville with his wife, son, and daughter.

Pat is a Senior Analyst at SomeraRoad with a focus on acquisitions and asset management, primarily in the Nashville market.
Prior to joining SomeraRoad, Pat worked as an analyst at Advent Capital Partners, a real estate development firm in Nashville, TN. At Advent Capital Partners, Pat was responsible for project due diligence, underwriting, and development within the firm’s ground-up and acquisition platforms in the greater Nashville area. During his time with Advent, he worked on residential and commercial developments totaling over $125 million.
A native of Music City, Pat received a B.S. in Economics from the University of the South.

Prior to joining SomeraRoad, Samanta worked as an assistant for Sammy’s Interior Painting. There she was managing the proposals and invoice documentation on all projects. Samanta was an essential assist to the company’s daily operations.

Shannon is an Executive Assistant/Office Manager at SomeraRoad.
Prior to joining the SomeraRoad team, Shannon worked as an Office Manager/Brokerage Assistant at JLL. In her role at JLL she executed the Nashville office daily operations, provided direct support to local leadership, and assisted both the Agency and Tenant Rep office leasing teams in lease administration, revenue tracking, and client management. Shannon also spent time leading an internal resource group whose mission it was to advocate for those with disabilities, as well as expand company-wide accessibility efforts.
Shannon received a B.A. from Western Kentucky University where she double majored in Theatre and Dance.

Spencer is a Creative Director at SomeraRoad’s Kansas City office overseeing all aspects of design, from concept to completion. He is responsible for up keeping the creative vision of developments in alignment with overall real estate investment goals. In his role, Spencer ensures visual communication and design standards are met while ensuring a cohesive look and feel of projects is achieved by curating deliverables.
Prior to joining SomeraRoad, Spencer was involved in the design & development of properties around his hometown of Kansas City. Notably, the ideation and development of No Vacancy, a boutique guesthouse and award-winning historic renovation of the Monogram Building. Spencer received a B.A. in Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, CO.

Thomas works with design and construction teams to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining schedule, budget, and overall project vision.
Prior to joining SomeraRoad, Thomas worked as a Project Manager for Burns & Scalo, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in Pittsburgh, PA. While there, he managed the delivery of a 160,000SF class-A biotechnology office development within the Pittsburgh Technology Center office park. His overall construction experience spans across many product types and includes the delivery of commercial office, wet lab, and retail spaces.
Thomas received a B.S. in Physics from Seton Hall University and currently lives in Pittsburgh with his wife.

Tomaso Rock is a Senior Analyst at SomeraRoad, focusing on acquisitions and asset management.
Prior to joining SomeraRoad, Tomaso was an Associate at a stealth-mode real estate and tech start-up that focuses on acquiring and developing underutilized properties for manufacturing facilities and e-commerce distribution sites. In his role, Tomaso supported all stages of the investment life cycle, from market selection and acquisition sourcing to project approvals and facility development.
Tomaso received a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, where he also minored in Real Estate and Film. He currently resides in New York City.
