New York-based The Malin, a work-focused members club, has announced it will open its second Nashville location in Paseo South Gulch.

The coworking space will be housed in the Bill Voorhees Building, one of two revitalized historic buildings in SomeraRoad’s mixed-use project in the Gulch.
“We are seeking out the most relevant neighborhoods in the country and are thrilled to be opening a second Nashville location in the historic Voorhees Building,” said Ciaran McGuigan, founder and CEO of The Malin. “It’s exciting to be a part of SomeraRoad’s Paseo development, and we’re really looking forward to servicing the community and contributing to their placemaking efforts in this up-and-coming district.”
The 12,000-square-foot-space will accommodate 58 dedicated desks, seven private offices, four meeting rooms, three lounges and one library. The Malin South Gulch will join other tenants in the Voorhees Building, located at 700 Eight Ave. S, including Barista Parlor, The Catbird Seat and The Patterson House.
“The Malin will be a tone-setting addition to the Paseo South Gulch neighborhood, welcoming in an impressive group of professionals looking for an inspired workplace within Music City to call home,” said Jonathon Reeser, SomeraRoad partner, in the release. “Their approach to community and creativity aligns greatly with the mix of tenants that are shaping Paseo. We look forward to seeing The Malin South Gulch come to life and ultimately play an integral role in the spirit and personality of the reimagined Voorhees Building.”
