Two Nashville-owned businesses are the newest tenants slated for SomeraRoad’s Wedgewood-Houston “The Mill” project.

BC Gym and Hermitage Kitchen Gallery will collectively take up over 14,000 square feet of space in the adaptive reuse development at 515 Meritt Ave., according to a news release.

They will join Nashville-based Barista Parlor, set to open a 5,000-square-foot cafe and its headquarters in The Mill. A 4,800-square-foot space remains available and SomeraRoad hopes to find a food and beverage tenant to complete the line up.

The Mill, located at the former site of Vintage Millworks, is project to be finished in 2024, with construction starting in June.

“BC Gym and Hermitage Kitchen Gallery are fantastic additions to The Mill and further position the project as a distinct retail product for the neighborhood,” said Jonathon Reeser, partner at SomeraRoad, in the release. “Each of these tenants will shape a unique destination within their respective space that will both serve the community and attract visitors.”
